Villena Villas is a small network of professionals dedicated to helping you buy or sell your property. We can also assist you by offering a range of additional property related services.

We are based on the Costa Blanca in Spain and located between the towns of Villena, Yecla and Pinoso where the countryside is dedicated to growing grapes, almonds and olives. There are a spattering of houses, some newly built and much older properties to choose from together with parcels of land earmarked for building plots.

For buyers and sellers alike we aim to give your property the widest possible visibility through our promotional network. Latest news from the Spanish housing market…………

If press articles here in Spain are anything to go by, the latest forecasts suggest that a recovery in the housing market is about to start. This is not only predicted by major Spanish newspapers but UK sources also say housing markets are bottoming out and the more optimistic think the recovery has begun.

Whether anyone really knows if a market recovery is taking place is a good question, we can only say that in the Villena area of Spain, right now, property prices are low and there are exceptional bargains to be had.

The current economic climate has recently deterred many people from buying their dream home in Spain, but the reality is that NOW is a great time to buy as prices have fallen to the point where there are great bargains to be had.

Even taking into account the lower Sterling – Euro exchange rate, buyers have made huge savings. If you need a mortgage, contrary to popular belief, there are still good mortgage deals available as some banks have repossessed properties they are keen to sell.
